Swine & Sons, the Winter Park sandwich shop specializing in Southern-inspired fare, charcuterie and all things meaty, is moving down the street and joining The Local Butcher & Market.
After partnering up with James & Julie Petrakis (Ravenous Pig, Cask & Larder, The Polite Pig) to open Swine & Sons in April of 2015, husband-and-wife team Rhys and Alexia Gawlak purchased the brand from the Petrakises.
Soft opening date will be this Saturday, March 2.
Swine & Sons’ lunch and weekend breakfast service will continue at the new location with exciting new dishes, extended evening hours and a hot dinner pickup service.
Swine & Sons will join Da Kine Poke inside the full-service butcher and retail shop.
“It’s an inspiring new chapter for Rhys and me as we leave the Swine Family of Restaurants after 12 years to focus on our own projects, especially the expansion of our catering operations,” said Alexia Gawlak in the news release.
The Local Butcher & Market will continue its own full-service butcher and retail shop.
